Women’s Division

The Women's Division is comprised of the Women's Board, the Young Women's Board and the Young Women's City Council. Both boards and the Council are made up of dedicated women who support JUF’s philanthropic and community mission. Our energy is rooted in the spirit of Klal Yisrael—the belief that all Jews are responsible for each other.

Women’s Division Mission Statement

• To educate women about the needs in our community and the services provided by the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago, its affiliates and beneficiary agencies.
• To participate in and support the fund-raising efforts of the Jewish United.
• To develop community leadership and encourage increased commitment and participation in Jewish communal life.
